What is Growth Club?

Who is Growth Club for?

Anyone who wants consistent, long-term growth: influencers, creators, public figures, agencies and brands. Most of our members are influencers growing their audience and landing brand deals, sponsorships and collaborations.

Is Growth Club safe? Do you need my password?

You never share a password or any login details. Every order runs from a public link to your profile or post, so you stay in full control of your account. Thousands of influencers, creators and brands have grown with Growth Club since 2017.

Will anyone know I use Growth Club?

No. Everything is private and discreet, and we never sell or share your information. Brand Deals HQ is private too: you contact brands from your own email, so they never see Growth Club.

How do I join?

Tap Join the club and sign up with your email, or with Google in one tap. It costs nothing to join: you only pay for the orders you place, from your balance.

Which platforms does Growth Club cover?

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn, plus press release distribution. Once you join, you can browse every service with its price and description.

How do I place an order?

Pick your platform and service, paste the link to your profile or post, enter a quantity and tap Submit. Your order starts automatically and you can follow it in Order history.

How soon will my order start?

Every service shows its start time in its description, and many start within 0–10 minutes. Delivery speeds are estimates rather than guarantees, so check the description before you order.

What is Repeats (drip-feed)?

Repeats (drip-feed) delivers an order in smaller runs for a natural growth curve. For example, 2,000 likes as 200 per run over 10 runs, an hour apart, instead of all at once. Just tick the drip-feed box on New order and set the repeats and the interval.

What is Mass order?

Mass order lets you place lots of orders in one go: one per line, written as service ID | link | quantity. Every service ID is listed on the Services page.

What are subscriptions?

Subscriptions deliver to your new posts automatically. Set one up with your username and each new post gets its order, for as many posts as you choose, so you don’t have to order every time you post.

What do the order statuses mean?

Pending and In progress mean your order is queued or being delivered, and Completed means it’s done. Partial means only part could be delivered and the rest went back to your balance. Canceled means it couldn’t be delivered and the full amount went back to your balance.

How do refills work?

If a service includes refill cover, its description says so and for how long. If your count drops within that time, open Order history and tap Refill on the order. Services without refill in their description aren’t covered.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders start processing straight away, so they can’t be changed or cancelled once placed. Double-check your link and quantity before you submit. If an order can’t be delivered, it’s refunded to your balance automatically.

What should I check before I order?

Make sure your account is public and the count you’re ordering, such as likes or views, is visible, and keep it that way until the order completes. Run one order per link at a time. Orders to private accounts, deleted posts or the wrong link can’t be refunded.

My order came up short. What do I do?

Message support within 2 hours of the order being marked Completed. If the count isn’t public, include a screenshot of your stats so we can check it.

How do I add funds?

Open Deposit and pay by debit or credit card, Amex or Apple Pay through Stripe, by PayPal, or with crypto (all the major coins and many more). Funds land in your balance straight away, ready to spend on any service.

Do I get a bonus when I add funds?

Yes. A bonus is added automatically when you deposit $100 or more: +5% from $100, +10% from $1,000 and +15% from $10,000, on cards, PayPal and crypto.

How much do services cost?

In your account, every service shows its price per 1,000 at wholesale rates, plus its minimum and maximum order. Your order charge updates as you type, so you always see the cost before you submit.

Which currencies can I use?

Your balance is held in US dollars. You can view prices and your balance in USD, EUR, GBP or JPY with the currency switch in your menu.

Can I withdraw or refund my balance?

Funds are added to your balance instantly, so deposits can’t be refunded or withdrawn. Your balance is yours to spend on any Growth Club service, and orders that can’t be delivered are refunded to it automatically.

How do reward points work?

Every order earns you 10% back in reward points, at any spend. Points land instantly, never expire and redeem straight to your balance from $1.00, added within 24 hours.

How does the referral programme work?

Share your personal link from My referrals / affiliates. When someone joins with it and adds funds, you earn 10% commission, and you can request a payout once you have $1.00 or more.

What is Brand Deals HQ?

Brand Deals HQ is built into every Growth Club account at no extra cost. Search any brand and find brands like it, get the right contact details, send ready-written pitch emails from your own email and track every deal until you’re paid.

Can I make a media kit or portfolio?

Yes. Every Growth Club account includes a free Media kit builder and Portfolio builder. Add your details and photos, tap Design it for me, then download a PDF or share it with one link that updates as you edit. They save online, so they’re on your phone and laptop too, and they never show Growth Club.
