Brand Deals HQ: know your numbers and charge what you’re worth
Brand Deals HQ now handles the business side of brand deals too. See what you’ve earned and what’s still in play, get suggested rates for your content, add a whole list of brands in one go and keep every deal in a spreadsheet. It’s all free to use with your Growth Club account.
Your deals at a glance
- Open pipeline. The total value of every deal you’re working on, from first prospect to negotiating.
- Won. What you’ve earned from brand deals, with this month shown on its own.
- Brands pitched and win rate. How many brands you’ve pitched and how many said yes.
- Export CSV. Download every deal with its contacts, next task and notes as a spreadsheet, ready for your records or your accountant.
Add a value to each deal (open the deal and fill in Deal value) and your totals update as you move it through the stages.
Charge what you’re worth
Not sure what to charge? Open My deals, tap Add more details for stronger emails, then Suggest my rates under Rates. Brand Deals HQ reads your platforms, average views and engagement, and suggests a price range for TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Stories and YouTube integrations.
For example, 85K TikTok followers with 25K average views and 6.2% engagement comes out at £410 to £820 per TikTok video. Tap Use these rates to fill in your Rates, ready for your Rates and packages email. Prices show in £, $ or € depending on where you’re based.
Add a whole list of brands at once
Tick the brands you like in your results, or tap Select all, then Add to deals. Up to 50 brands go into My deals in one go, and adding them uses no search credits. Each brand’s details load when you open its deal.
