Privacy and cookie policy
This policy explains what personal information Growth Club collects when you use growthclub.ai, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights. It also covers the cookies and similar technologies the website uses.
Who we are
Growth Club (growthclub.ai) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). For any privacy question or request, email chris@growthclub.ai. If you have an account, you can also open a support ticket.
What we collect
When you create and use an account
- Account details: your username, email address and password. Passwords are stored securely and we never ask you to share them. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.
- Orders: the links, usernames and any other details you enter for an order, plus your order history, balance, deposits, refunds and reward points.
- Payments: our payment providers handle your payment. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and limited details such as the method used. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support: the messages and any screenshots you send us.
- Referrals: if you join through a referral link, we record who referred you. If you refer others, we record your referrals and commission.
When you use our free tools
- Brand Deals HQ: your saved deals, notes, tasks and creator profile (including any postal address you add), brand contact details you save or that we find for the brands in your deals, and the connection to the brand data account you link. We also keep a record of how you use the tool, as described in the Brand Deals HQ section of our Terms.
- Media kit and portfolio builders: your details, design choices and photos, your share link settings and how often your share links are opened, and a record of how you use the builders, as described in the builders section of our Terms.
Automatically
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you request, which our hosting provider logs to run the website and keep it secure.
- Security checks: the sign-in and sign-up forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block bots.
- Cookies and similar storage: see Cookies below.
Information about people at brands
Brand Deals HQ helps our clients find and contact brands. It shows company information from our data provider, Apollo, and contact details that brands publish on their own websites, such as a partnerships or press email address and a company phone number. Clients can also save details they find themselves, such as a contact’s name, job title and work email address.
We use this information only to run Brand Deals HQ, so that creators can make genuine collaboration enquiries. That is our legitimate interest. We don’t sell it, and we never contact brands ourselves. If your details appear in Brand Deals HQ and you’d like them removed, or you object to us using them, email chris@growthclub.ai.

Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our website hosting and platform provider, which runs growthclub.ai and stores account and order information.
- Our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal and our cryptocurrency payment provider), to take payments and prevent fraud. They also use your information under their own privacy policies.
- Partners who help us deliver orders. We pass on only what an order needs, such as the public link or username and the quantity, never your name, email address or payment details.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the data for Brand Deals HQ and the builders and serves share links.
- Apollo, when you use Brand Deals HQ: your brand searches run through the account you connect.
- Google, for Sign in with Google (if you use it), reCAPTCHA security checks and the fonts our pages load from Google’s servers.
- Professional advisers or authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.
International transfers
Some of these providers store or process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. When they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge) or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
- Account information: while your account is open. If you ask us to close your account, we’ll delete your account information, except what we need to keep for the reasons below.
- Orders, payments and refunds: up to 6 years, for tax and accounting and to deal with disputes.
- Support messages: while your account is open, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Brand Deals HQ and builder data: until you delete it or ask us to. We delete it within 30 days of a request, and photos you remove from the builders are deleted automatically, normally within 7 days.
- Usage records for our free tools: while your account is open, unless you ask us to delete them.
- Brand contact details: while they’re saved in a client’s Brand Deals HQ, or until the person asks us to remove them.
- Security logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of your personal information
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to us using it, including where we rely on our legitimate interests
- ask for the information you gave us in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it
To use any of these rights, email chris@growthclub.ai. We’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (0303 123 1113), but we’d appreciate the chance to sort things out first.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We also use your browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way.
Essential (always on)
These are needed for the website to work, so they don’t need your consent:
- Sign-in and security cookies from our website platform, which keep you signed in and protect forms.
- Google reCAPTCHA on the sign-in and sign-up forms, to block bots.
- Google Sign-In, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Stripe’s fraud-prevention cookies on the Add funds page.
- Local storage that remembers your settings (such as your currency), keeps a copy of your Brand Deals HQ and builder work on your device, and stores some page data so pages load faster.
Analytics
We don’t use analytics cookies at the moment. If we start using Google Analytics, we’ll only set its cookies after you accept them in a cookie banner, and you’ll be able to change your choice at any time.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the website, such as signing in, won’t work.
Children
Growth Club isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you’re under 18, please only use Growth Club with permission from a parent or guardian. If you think a child has given us information, email chris@growthclub.ai and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS), access controls and trusted providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. If we make important changes, we’ll tell clients in their account.
